Painter/laborer

**About the Role**:
We are seeking **motivated and hardworking painters** to join our professional painting team for the upcoming season. This role involves **exterior and interior painting, surface preparation, and working in a team-oriented environment.**

**No experience?**No problem** We provide full on-site training to ensure you develop the skills needed to succeed.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and paint **residential & commercial properties**:

- Sand, scrape, caulk, and power wash surfaces before painting
- Work with a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean worksite
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers

**What We Look For**:

- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn - No experience required, training provided
- Comfortable working on ladders and in outdoor conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Prior painting and/or trades experience
