**This job is entirely remote** As long as you have a good internet connection and a computer with a video camera, you should have all the equipment needed to teach our classes.

- Wiz Kid Learning is looking for committed individuals to join our team of qualified and enthusiastic Instructors. Starting pay is $17/hour. As an instructor, you will be able to work flexible hours and we will design your teaching schedule around your availability.

You will be responsible for instructing students enrolled in Wiz Kid Learning Online classes in various courses from: python, game design, and more We will assess your coding competencies, interest, and strengths to assign you to classes that best fit your expertise and interest. All classes follow Wiz Kid Learning curriculum. We will teach you how to deliver the classes and give you all the training and support needed to conduct awesome, fun and informative classes.

**Requirements and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Live Online Wiz Kid Learning Classes using Wiz Kid Learning Curriculum. Classes range from 1 hour to 1.5 hours and typically occur once a week (or daily for summer camps).
- Learn Wiz Kid Learning assigned curriculum
- We look for instructors who are excited to inspire children to be their best and give back to the next generation of learners
- Be a Wiz Kid Learning Ambassador and promote Wiz Kid Learning values and create a safe, encouraging learning environment for all students
- Write Student Reports and communicate student progress with parents and Wiz Kid Learning team.
- Create Wiz Kid Learning Instructional Content (short instructional videos) based on Wiz Kid Learning curriculum

**Qualifications**:

- University Student or Graduate with a bachelor's Degree
- Completed College Level Course Work in Computer Science
- Police Check or Vulnerable Sector Check Required
- Compassionate with a passion to inspire young minds.
- Passionate about teaching technology to kids and teens.
- Loves to work hard AND play hard.
- Is a flexible team player with strong communication skills.
- Has a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable.
- Well-organized and committed.
- Creative and energetic.
