We are currently looking for a talented Auxiliary Nurse who cares about the health of residents.

Evening shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Possibility of a weekend out of 2
- administer the medication
- ensure the updating of resident files
- respond to emergencies

Supervision and assistance of the team in place

And work closely with the Head of Health Services and other departments.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
- Answering call bells
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)
- Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing
- PDSB training
- Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
- Member of the OIIAQ
