Conduct Failure Analysis
- Analyze Trend failures
- Track and implement PM routines for Static and Rotating equipment
- Develop and implement new procedures and processes
- Propose reliability improvements for Static and Rotating equipment
- Lead Projects related to reliability improvement
- Assist in Planning & Managing Shutdowns
- Develop PM programs
- Coordinate mechanical maintenance activities with Production

Provide direction to mechanical maintenance supervisor, as per requirement

**Duties & Responsibilities (Description of the tasks)**
- Set and track maintenance KPI’s.
- Forecasting and perform strategic planning for system overhauls and upgrades.
- Conduct Maintenance Process Audits, identify the gaps to improve the processes, as required.
- Develop and implement new maintenance procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees.
- Analyze equipment failure data to identify patterns and trends.
- Lead root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems.
- Design and implement new procedures for monitoring and testing equipment.
- Find new technologies and processes that can improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Report and investigate, as required, all health, safety and environmental accidents.
- Ensure worker compliance with applicable legal acts and regulations and company rules and procedures.
- Take appropriate and timely decisions for all assigned corrective actions.
- Perform monthly workplace inspection and BBSO.
- Other Duties as assigned by supervisor

**Education**

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

API Certifications (653, 610, 510, 570 etc.) will be considered an asset.

**Skills**
- Ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis and analyze equipment failure data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively including planning, scheduling, and organizing.
- Ability to identify potential hazards and take the necessary steps to mitigate them.
- Identify and implement ways to continuously improve reliability.
- Proven high level of initiative, accountability, and flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to effectively coach, develop and lead others.
- Proven abilities in MS Office Suite programs.
- Experience with a computerized maintenance management system, SAP.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and writing

**Experience**

8-10 Years of experience in mechanical/reliability field with 2-3 years in supervisory position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
