The primary purpose of this role is to aid the Driller, effectively handles rods/tubulars, and services rig engine and monitor’s fluids. Supervises floorhands as needed.

**This instrumental role involves**:

- Aids the Driller/Operator in overseeing all the well servicing rig process and assist in training other crew.
- Effectively handles rods/tubulars
- Monitors fluids systems
- Services rig engines
- Supervises floorhands and other labourers, as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- A team-player with the ability to build good work relationships
- Ability to effectively lead and mentor other individuals
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to maintain composure under stressful conditions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage his/her own time & tasks effectively
- Attentiveness and good listening skills
- Reliable with strong safety values
- Relevant functional and technical skills
- Valid H2S Alive Certification and First Aid Certification
- Enform Derrickhand Competency preferred
- Other applicable safety tickets for Derrickhand position
- Class 5 Driver's License with airbrakes endorsement is preferred
- Class 1, 3, 5Q Driver's License considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $95,945.00-$105,603.00 per year
