Millwick Waste Recycling is currently seeking a Full-Time Machine Operator/Yard Assistant to join our team.

Location: North York, Ontario (Finch/Hwy 400 Area)

**The shift associated with this position is as follows**:

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 a.m. start - 4:00 p.m. (Start/Finish times to be discussed)
- Half day on Saturdays may be required.

**Job responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- Assists in various Transfer Station functions, including, but not limited to, sorting loads in

order to remove recyclable materials from waste, assist drivers to remove/fold tarps from their

loads, help drivers open/close bin doors etc
- Operates powered vehicles and equipment, including rubber-tired and track-type front end

loaders, backhoes.
- Provides assistance to help keep the yard in an organized manner, helping manoeuvre trucks to

correct off loading doors/location in the transfer station.
- Performs other related work as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs;
- Ability to safely operate powered vehicles and equipment is an asset.
- Must be a team player with good communications skills;

**Benefits**:

- This is a full-time permanent position offering company paid group benefits.
- Pay rates will vary depending on level of experience
