We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a **Service Advisor**. In this role, you'll be the superstar guiding our customers through their service needs and making sure their service experience is as enjoyable as a weekend getaway Working hand in hand with our sales and service teams, you will help to ensure our customers leave with smiles as big as your enthusiasm.

From greeting customers with a warm smile to scheduling service appointments like a pro, you are the bridge between our customers and service technicians, making sure everyone's on the same page for a seamless journey ahead.
No RV experience? No problem While it's a bonus, we're really after your commitment to top-notch customer service, empathy for customer concerns, and eagerness to dive into new adventures.
**What You Will Do**
- Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome in our store.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their service concerns.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs.
- Generate and communicate service quotes to customers.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workflow.
- Make sure technicians have the whole picture of what services have been authorized.
- Track and follow up on all work orders throughout the day and ensure accuracy of posting and final closing.
- Communicate, communicate, communicate. Make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle, and customers always feel up-to-date on what is happening with their RV.
- Timing is everything and our customers want to get back on the road to enjoy their RV lifestyle quickly. Prompt attention to their concerns is key.
- Keep those work orders up-to-date, including all pictures and documentation necessary to ensure payment from warranty and insurance companies.
- We don't want you to get bored, so cross-training in parts will be provided as the advisor may occasionally need to assist in this department.

**Health and Safety Considerations**
- Strict adherence to all health and safety policies is necessary
- Able to lift parts and accessories up to 25 lbs.
- Bending, lifting, kneeling, reaching
- Willing to work in a shared office space
- Able to sit and stand for long periods
- Able to work comfortably with computer equipment, including monitor, keyboard and mouse
- Able to deal with customers, vendors, management, and co-workers using calm, effective, and courteous communication.
