Davian Construction Ltd. is looking for an Experienced Painter to join our team. Davian Construction Ltd. is a leading general contractor in Winnipeg who completes projects throughout Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario

**The Position**:
Interior and exterior painting professional. Skilled in patching, brush, roll, spray and masking. Must have drivers license and a minimum of 5 years painting experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- painting: 5 years (required)
- Must know how to prepare surfaces to receive a final finish, including wall patching, skim coating and drywall taping.
- Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment
- In good physical condition with mobility and flexibility to use ladders, access work in confined spaces, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Well organized and work with a sense of urgency
- Proper documentation related to job cards and timesheets is imperative.
- Must be able to work independently as well as cooperatively with our team, contractors and other sub-trades with special emphasis on safe work practices.
- Work well under pressure and maintain a pleasant demeanor under stress
- Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness
- Possess good communication skills and be able to accurately read and act on instructions
- Willing and able to travel between sites
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle required
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Understanding and knowledge of English language

**Benefits**:
