Front End Associate

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Process returns and exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient front end operations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a clean and organized front end area

Join our team as a Front End Associate and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. As a Front End Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth front end operations.

In this position, you will greet customers with a friendly smile, operate the cash register, and assist customers with their purchases. Your strong time management skills will be essential in managing multiple tasks efficiently, while your organizational skills will help maintain a clean and organized front end area.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Day range:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
