**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Operate the Micros POS system for order entry and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; assist with ordering when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
