You’re a hands-on leader and will become an expert in all things painting - ensuring that every painter delivers on our key promises of friendly, uniformed painters; exceptional communication; start and finish on time; and Big Crews. Painting a house in a day requires planning and precision to work together and ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. Coaching and developing our team will be a big part in this role and the success that we all share.

The day-to-day will be full of variety, on the road and on a new site. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to act fast to plan and problem solve. Our camaraderie and winning culture is achieved through teamwork and communication, and only by working together will we smash our goals.

What we offer:

- Full-time, salaried position offering daytime shifts and a competitive base compensation with performance bonuses plus benefits after 3 months of employment
