Freson Bros., an Alberta-owned and operated fresh food retail chain, has a new opportunity for individuals as a Catering Administrator. Reporting to the Catering and Hospitality Specialist, the Catering Administrator will focus on supporting the Catering by Freson Bros. team with customer relationships, initial catering proposals, and administrative work.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily office duties including, proposals, contracts, and maintaining files
- Create and maintain event or banquet information within Caterease and our accounting system
- Receive and process payments from customers
- Cheque or credit card
- Document all payments within the accounting system
- Assist Catering and Hospitality Specialist with:

- arranging rental equipment and linens with vendors
- ensuring company vehicles are reserved for events and properly returned to Operations Office
- organizing decorations for events
- 1+ years of Administrative experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with Catering Team and customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Focused on active listening
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks/activities
- Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Focused on Hospitality Excellence
- Proficient Microsoft Office and Google Suite ability
- Experience planning catering events or banquets is preferred
- Experience with Caterease is an asset
- Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License is an asset

**Position Details**:

- Position Type: Full or Part Time, Permanent
- Work Environment: Stony Plain Head Office
- Wage Range: $19-21 / hour
