**Job Duties**
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support financial and administrative tasks as required.
- Handle shipment orders, including dispatch planning, inventory control, and return processing.
- Manage inbound and outbound operations for general cargo.
- Schedule and monitor receiving and shipping activities, ensuring timely updates in the company’s TMS (Transportation Management System).
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with all WorkSafeBC safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- 2-6 years of relevant work experience in logistics, administration, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of standard office equipment.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
