**What You’ll Do**

As our **Project Manager**, you will be responsible for:

- **Project Planning** - developing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- **Monitoring** - tracking monthly project progress, monthly budget tracking, projection updates, assisting with client invoicing.
- **Problem solving**- troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- **Coordinating**:

- working with the resource team: Pre
- Development, Design, Construction and Warranty.
- **Managing**- multiple projects successfully, leading project team members to execute effectively.
- **Communicating**-keeping the Project Director and clients up to speed, conflict management.
- **Ensuring**- project safety, quality and compliance.
- **Following and enforcing**- company Health and Safety Plan.
- **Participating**-actively promoting company culture and values.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum **5-7 years** of project management experience in construction, with a focus on **multi-family residential or commercial projects.**:

- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from **pre-construction to completion**, ensuring **on-time, on-budget delivery**.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant credentials are a plus.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of **construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control** principles.
- Proficiency in **project management software and Microsoft Excel**:

- Familiarity with **modular construction methods**, building codes, and compliance requirements.
