Early Childhood Educator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Preschool Educator to join our incredible team. The ideal person will have an understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and be dedicated to creating an enriching, engaging, and respectful environment where children can thrive.
You will work as part of a team that supports children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
**Duties**:
- Help develop and implement lesson plans that align with the early childhood education curriculum
- Create engaging and age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's development
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
- Monitor and assess children's progress to ensure individualized learning
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
**Qualifications**:
- Level 1,2,3 childcare certification
- Follow through on tasks and ability to lead large and small groups or preschool aged children
- Strong organizational and time management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
Work Location: In person
