**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is displayed effectively.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
**Skills**
- Proven ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and foster a welcoming environment.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently, showcasing features that meet customer needs.
