- **Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Key Holder/Team Member will be the first impression, either on the phone or in person. They put the friend in friendly and create the aura and entire atmosphere of Chick’nCone as guests visit. This role will be on-site at our Waterloo location.**_

**In this role, you will be responsible for a wide array of duties. These duties will include**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Taking care of Chick’nCone guests throughout their entire visit**:

- **Ensuring environment is clean and showing concern for guest experience**:

- **Maintaining proper uniform standards**:

- **Handling complaints in a calm manner and arriving at a solution**:

- **Making meaningful connections with staff and guests**:

- **Acting as an ambassador for the Chick’nCone brand**:

- **Communicating effectively with staff and guests**:

- **Understanding the importance of accuracy (getting food out on time, understanding the menu, and answering guest questions etc.)**:

- **Maintaining a team environment and never sacrificing one for the other (all in this together attitude)**:

- **Managing tasks assigned by the operations manager in a timely manner**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 0-40 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
