We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Retail Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our retail partner network.

**Role Overview**:
The Online Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with retail partners to expand the distribution of NK IMODE products. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and strategic sales professional who is passionate about cultivating and nurturing long-lasting relationships with boutique stores, luxury department stores, and specialty retailers. You'll play a key role in driving growth and success by building strong partnerships that align with our brand's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Retail Partner and Client Support**:Provide seamless support to retail partners and clients, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Strategy and Relationship Management**:Identify potential retail partners, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and build strong, enduring relationships with retail buyers. Negotiate terms to secure profitable agreements.
- **Customized Presentations and Service Excellence**: Prepare tailored sales presentations that meet the specific needs of retail partners, delivering exceptional service to maintain positive relationships.
- **Reporting, Feedback, and Improvement**:Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and partnership developments. Collect and relay feedback from retail partners to refine products and improve the online experience.

Qualifications and skills:

- A strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
