Dartmouth, Canada Mindful Therapies Full time

We provide all administrative and marketing services to you so that your only job is to provide great care to your clients. We offer competative fee-splits, extended health benefits and educational allotments in addition to your pay. Flexibility in hours/days of work, but minimum committment per week is 6 clinical hours.

**Duties**:

- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients based on assessment findings
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress throughout the treatment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Skills**:

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an educational institution acceptable to the respective Registration Board of Nova Scotia
- Registered, or eligible for registration with the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology
- Diagnostic experience completing mental health assessments and implementing evidence-based treatment plans.
- Demonstrated ability in cognitive behaviour therapy, group therapy and mindfulness-basedtherapies. Preference is for Psychologists trained in evidence-based trauma therapies including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE) and/or Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $144.00-$168.00 per hour
