**Job Summary**

The Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary communication hub for the operations team and truck drivers, with a focus on efficiency. This role involves supporting floor operations to ensure seamless business processes.

**Job Duties**
- Organize truck deliveries and routing on a daily basis
- Coordinate and monitor trucking movements for inbound returns and outbound deliveries
- Track and trace shipment statuses, relaying updates to customers
- Prepare all necessary shipping documents for carriers
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurately logged, with paperwork completed and submitted as required
- Prepare invoices for completed customer orders
- Audit invoices and allocate transportation expenses to general ledger accounts
- Monitor shipment costs, timelines, and productivity
- Resolve any issues that arise during transportation
- Enter and record all shipment data accurately and promptly
- Communicate with facilities and clients to meet business requirements
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and carriers, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Conduct reporting on all transportation activities, including outbound/inbound metrics, efficiency, and service levels

**Job Requirements**
- College or university degree in a business-related field, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 1+ years of experience in administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills within a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Bilingualism in English and Korean is an asset
