**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, design, develop, test, and implement SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, views, and workflows.
- Create SharePoint workflows and business processes using PowerAutomate.
- Monitor SharePoint Admin Center for advisories on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide access to internal and external users for various SharePoint sites.
- Gather project requirements, configure design, and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor SharePoint Online for glitches and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Manage and revise layout of SharePoint sites, while identifying the best user practices.
- Provide training to end users on how to use and navigate SharePoint.
- Migrate various workloads/content to SharePoint Online and resolve post migration issues.
- Maintain documentation to facilitate implementation and adoption of future system changes.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams integration with SharePoint.

**Must Have**:

- Knowledge of SharePoint Designer.
- Strong knowledge of permission levels in SharePoint.
- Knowledge of exporting site templates and creating sites using.WSP file.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint permissions management including guest/external users access management.
- Knowledge of enterprise taxonomy, terms, and keyword for term stores.
- Knowledge of SharePoint classic and modern site experience.
- Experience developing SharePoint web parts, site templates and content types.
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating System and MS Office.

**Additional Skill and Abilities**:

- You have experience troubleshooting Office 365 SharePoint Online issues and working with both technical and non-technical teams and customers.
- You have 2+ years hands-on experience as an IT Specialist, SharePoint Administrator, or relevant position.
- Strong communication skills. You can effectively translate technical to non-technical content. You have outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- You are a team player who can work independently and collaboratively with a team on specific projects.
- You take ownership and initiative while being opened to learning and receiving feedback from peers.

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with ShareGate: create, copy, and manage templates
- Microsoft Certifications
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Knowledge in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online
- Familiarity with SharePoint Migration tool is an asset
- Basic knowledge of PowerApps and Microsoft Forms
