Domfoam Toronto is growing. To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a receptionist to join our team.

**Position: Receptionist/administrative assistant**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assisting walk-in clients and following-up with existing clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Staying up to date on our products and the polyurethane industry.
- Assisting the sales team in related duties.
- Updating customer records.
- All other related duties.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience as a receptionist or similar role related to the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to analyze data and clearly input it.
- English (Verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Professionalism within all aspect of the job.

**Required qualities**:

- Self motivated
- Organized
- Efficient
