**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities as needed.
- Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to enhance the overall appearance of the room.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning rooms efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed during cleaning tasks.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service in a hotel environment.
