Richmond, Canada Raven Force Couriers Full time

Raven Force Couriers is looking to work with brokers with a team of drivers to deliver packages for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Load and deliver the assigned shipment effectively and efficiently;
- Schedule and distribute routes to your drivers according to the needs;
- Manage the arrival and departure of your drivers and track their progress throughout the day;
- Use scanners and other equipment’s with care and consideration and report technical issues to the supervisor’s immediately;
- Verify manifests and report any errors;
- Drive in professional manner. Be alert on road while delivering by following all the rules and regulations;
- Be able to cover 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Average 100 to 140 deliveries per day.

**About You and Your Team**
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and able to deliver outstanding customer service;
- Able to speak, read and write in English;
- Able to work independently, follow direction as needed in a fast-paced and changing environment;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and well organized;
- Previous delivery experience

**Requirements**:

- The vehicles you will require : Car or Small Van preferred
- Class 5 driver license;
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs;
- Smart phone with up to 3GB data.

Please note that the relationship between Owner Operators and Raven Force Couriers is via sub-contracting agreement, not an employee-employer relationship
