**Job Summary**
As a Sales Coordinator, you will assist the Sales Team in executing our sales strategy and driving business growth. Your role will involve supporting day-to-day sales operations, including managing sales documentation, tracking lead progress, and coordinating communication between the sales team and clients. You will help in organizing sales activities, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales initiatives by providing essential administrative and operational support, helping to enhance the effectiveness of our sales efforts.
**Role Responsibilities**:
**1. Assist in Sales Operations**: Support the Sales Coordinator by managing sales documentation, tracking lead progress, and coordinating communications between the sales team and clients.
**2. Organize Sales Activities**:Help organize and facilitate various sales activities, including meetings, and follow-ups.
**3. Prepare Reports**: Compile and prepare sales reports and other necessary documentation to assist in tracking sales performance and identifying trends.
**4. Maintain Records**: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status.
**5. Support Customer Interactions**: Provide administrative support for customer calls, video conferences, webinars, and face-to-face meetings.
**6. Sales Process Coordination**: Assist in the setup and management of new sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth handover to the Sales Coordinator and project management team.
**7. Customer Support**: Assist in educating customers about TerraGen’s products and services, addressing inquiries, and providing necessary information.
**8. Market Research**: Help monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to support the sales team’s understanding of customer needs.
**9. Document Sales Processes**: Aid in documenting sales processes, plans, and reports to ensure consistency and efficiency in sales operations.
**10. Collaborative Efforts**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to identify and implement strategies, tools, and initiatives that drive growth.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience/Education**:
- Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
**Skills**:
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and provide exceptional service.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with sales and marketing tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that may arise during sales processes.
