Overview:
Maintenance Scheduler

Contract: 6-month contract with possibility of extension

Kitimat, British Columbia

Our client a global mining client is seeking a Maintenance SchedulerPot Start up for a 6-month contract opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Facilitating the weekly work management meetings, scheduling of outside contractors, and providing relevant job packages
- Maintaining details of parts orders and tracking them to site
- Producing weekly schedules that are practical with all obligations, timelines, and all parts and equipment available
- Developing and refining the area maintenance forecast
- Prioritizing and managing maintenance outstanding work logs
- Acting with humility, honesty, and integrity and a commitment to safety
- Coverage of Planner role during vacancy

Qualifications:
Experience and Qualifications:
- Organization and Time management
- Proficiency in SAP PM module
- Good communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- A strong safety mindset
- Trades or engineering background preferred
