**About Us**: Enercents Smart Home Solutions is a leader in providing cutting-edge security products, including surveillance cameras and security solutions for residential and commercial clients. We are expanding our team and are seeking a motivated, Sales Representative to join us in representing our products and services, in person to our residential and small/medium business through our incoming leads in the Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph region.
**Position Overview**: As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth. Your primary responsibility will be to meet with leads, present our security solutions, close deals, and ensure smooth scheduling. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy, with full support in terms of leads, marketing materials, business cards, tablet and training to assist in your success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Management**: Engage with inbound leads and actively prospect new opportunities when and where possible.
- **Presentations & Sales**: Present security products, including surveillance cameras and security solutions, to both residential and small-to-medium business clients.
- **Closing Deals**: Drive sales by effectively addressing client needs and overcoming objections.
- **Follow-up & CRM Management**: Keep track of leads and opportunities using our CRM system, following up to ensure closure and customer satisfaction.
- **Scheduling & Coordination**: Work with the team to schedule installations once deals are closed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Previous Sales Experience**: Proven success in sales, with a strong background in direct sales or B2B environments. Experience in security sector is highly preferred.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and close sales.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfort with using CRM systems and digital tools like tablets and computers to manage sales activity and customer information.
- **A Desire to Succeed**: This is a commission-based role, meaning your success is directly tied to the effort you put in.
**Compensation**:
- 100% commission-based structure. Your earnings are driven by the success of your sales, with a competitive earning potential based on performance.
