Fine Kitchen Cabinet Inc/ Dream Kitchen Cabinet Inc is seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative to deal with customer special requests in London, ON, Canada. As a growing and vibrant company, we are leading the way in the future of kitchen design and home renovation.

Job Descriptions:
Routes sales and production through appropriate channels and understands the unique needs of Business and Consumer clients. Has knowledge of architecture solutions that meet the client’s needs and recommends products and services that support these needs. Maintains established client relationships by providing outstanding customer care.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Provide Best-in-Class customer service, aid and assist customers with product demonstration, ensuring complete satisfaction.

2. Should have computer-aided drafting experience, possess a keen eye for detail and be up to date on current kitchen design trends.

3. Create kitchens by Software for clients with special requirements, taking into account of cabinets, flooring, counters and appliances.

4. Must make sure the kitchens/bathroom are functional, convenient, comfortable and up to building code.

Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated selling ability.

2. Must have an ability to multi-task, maintain an exceptionally high standard of quality and workmanship

3. Be computer literate and comfortable learning new software.

4. Demonstrate an ability to be self-governing, proactive, and responsible for accomplishing store, and company goals

5. Strong problem solving and creative abilities, with a meticulous eye for detail

6. The appropriate documentation to legally work and be employed in Canada

Language: English (Fluent in speaking and writing )

Chinese ( would be preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Experience**:Sales: 2 years (preferred) ** Kitchen Designer: 1 year (preferred)

Education**:Bachelor's Degree (preferred)**

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
