We are looking for an experienced and passionate Indian Chef to lead our kitchen team and take our culinary offerings to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the kitchen team in preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes, including appetizers, main courses, tandoori specialties, and desserts.
- Develop and execute new recipes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional Indian flavors.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and efficiency.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with restaurant management on menu planning and special events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional food and service.

**Qualifications**:

- Indian and Hakka Chinese cuisine.
- A food handling certificate is a must.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within an Indian restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including traditional cooking methods, spices, and ingredients.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- A culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus.
