Our work environment includes: - Flexible working hours - Opportunities to grow into a full-time positions - Casual work attire **Responsibilities**: - Deliver flyers and promotional materials to all homes and businesses (excluding those marked with "NO SOLICITING" or "NO FLYERS"). - **MUST** inform supervisor of any issues along the route to ensure situations are resolved immediately, and without negatively impacting future relationships. - Document all interactions with flyer recipients that have special requests or questions, and direct them to complete an information request form. - Meet or exceed route completion/performance indicators (Successful Delivery %, Total Delivery Completion Time, Attendance, and other KPIs) - **Some knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Database Management would be ideal, but not a requirement as we are willing to train.** **To be successful you will**: - Have the ability to work independently. - Have excellent attendance and be punctual. - Possess strong communication skills. - Be open to learning new skills, and have a willingness to go above and beyond. **MOST IMPORTANTLY: HAVE THE WILL/DESIRE TO SUCCEED & TO HAVE FUN** **Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance, Internship / Co-op Contract length: 12 months Pay: $16.55-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 3 - 40 per week **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Discounted or free food - Flexible schedule - Profit sharing - Store discount - Work from home Flexible Language Requirement: - English not required - French not required Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - 4 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Every Weekend - Holidays - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - No weekends - On call - Overtime - Weekends as needed - Weekends only Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Commission pay - Retention bonus Work Location: On the road
