**Job description**

As a Site Manager you will work on site daily and work closely with residents to ensure client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collection of monthly rent fees, follow up with arrears
- Perform inspections of common areas
- Prepare necessary documents for residents
- Deliver notices and necessary documents to the tenants
- Respond to resident concerns and arrange sub-trades for necessary repairs
- Supervise maintenance and cleaning staff and prepare their work schedules
- Follow-up on maintenance work orders and check for completion of work
- Complete reports as required

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a property management role or similar position
- Have great communication skills and enjoy working with the public
- Strong administration skills with the ability to organize multiple tasks and documents
- Excellent computer skills including outlook, word and property management software
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $20,000.00-$25,000.00 per year
