Aspen Lakes Discovery Center is hiring for a kitchen assistant This position will be Monday to Friday working 11am to 4 pm. Some full days when head kitchen staff takes time off.

This position is to start as soon as possible, starting wage between $15.00-$17.00 an hour based on experience.

Looking for someone with kitchen, cooking experience, the ability to multitask and work quickly and follow directions well.

Job details include:

- Prepping for meals throughout the day
- Baking and following the daycare recipes
- Daily cleaning in the kitchen and around the daycare
- Cleaning dishes
- Serving food in classrooms
- Grocery shopping

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackfalds, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
