**IT SUPPORT ANALYST (FIELD)**

Location: Victoria (Remote/Client Onsite)

We are looking for a field support IT technician to join our team to virtually support our clients across Western Canada, in addition to providing onsite support when needed to our Victoria based clients. **The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Embrace your role as a company ambassador and deliver amazing customer experiences through listening to customer inquires and finding the appropriate solution(s).
- When required, work with clients at their locations troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical guidance/training and assisting with equipment setup/moves.
- Identify and escalate situations to senior IT staff where appropriate.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.

**Job Requirements**:

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- 0-3 years of experience in Technical Support role.
- Training/education in a technology related program.
- Strong knowledge of various Windows operating systems, devices, and Microsoft Office.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills.
- Able to lift/move technology equipment such as computers, monitors etc.
