**Responsibilities**:
**Your daily role with us**:
As a **Project Director**, you will have the opportunity to:

- ** Lead strategic projects** - Manage complex site restoration and water treatment projects across Canada, ensuring their success at every stage.
- ** Set and manage long-term goals** - Define key project objectives and ensure their achievement while meeting budgets, deadlines, and client expectations.
- ** Guide and motivate project teams** - Ensure effective collaboration between technical and management teams while providing mentorship and strong leadership to support professional growth.
- ** Ensure operational excellence** - Guarantee project quality and performance by following best practices and addressing complex challenges head-on.

Qualifications:
**What sets you apart**:

- 10 years of experience in managing complex environmental projects
- Degree in environmental studies, civil engineering, or a related field
- Proven expertise in site restoration projects and water treatment
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards
- Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Bilingual with excellent communication skills (French and English)
- Experience in client and partner relationship management, as well as large-scale budget management
