**Department Manager****:

- Gift & Home Decor (Mandeville)**

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with strong people skills to join our team and celebrate our brand This is a full-time position with weekend availability required.

**How you will contribute**:

- Leading & motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service
- Building a strong gross margin through accurate inventory control processes
- Working with the team creating inspiring displays, managing product placement that is reflective of trend and supports brand messaging
- Sharing product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends to inspire our guests
- Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, keeping merchandise stocked and organized with day-to-day upkeep of visual displays

**Is this you?**
- Are people focused - you have a strong passion for retail and are committed to providing an outstanding & memorable guest experience
- 3+ years retail sales & service experience
- Proven ability to drive results in a selling role, exceeding individual and store goals
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; manage time, multiple tasks, and deadlines effectively
- A positive attitude who is a team player and is all about communication
- A natural collaborator with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, and holidays as seasonal peaks require - you work when our guests’ shop
- This job requires extended periods of walking and standing, the ability to perform regular lifting

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
