Serving Northern and Central Ontario, Metal-Air is looking for a skilled, highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of**:Shop **Labourer**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain cleanliness in the shop, lunchroom, and the yard
- Paint various materials in the shop
- Help with the assembly of various materials in the shop
- Yard Maintenance - including operate a snow blower, lawn mower and other hand tools
- Promote a safe work environment and positive attitude
- Perform any other duties as required.

**Qualifications / Required Skills**:

- Welding experience or qualifications is considered an asset
- Forklift operator training certificate is considered an asset
- Bilingualism is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as work as part of a team
- High attention to detail in all areas of work
- Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physically demanding role
- Must be able to work 30-40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Possible shift and weekend work as required
- Bending, crouching, kneeling, standing
- Handling heavy loads
- Must be able to legally work in Canada
- Must provide own steel-toe boots.
