Patient Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a **part-time** Clinic Administrative Assistant/Patient Experience Coordinator, in a busy high-end multi-disciplinary practice.

Position Duties Include:
- Ability to answer multi-line telephones
- Able to **correspond and communicate professionally**:
- A competent knowledge of the services that are provided in the clinic and the ability to explain them to potential patients
- Accepting multiple methods of payment via POS merchant terminal
- Able to maintain patient and clinic confidentiality
- Knowledge in dealing with Motor Vehicle claims would be an asset
- Experience with booking and billings software would be an asset
- Strong computer skills (knowledge of Clinicmaster and Quickbooks an asset)
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- **Excellent command of the English language is a MUST (both oral and written communication skills)**:
- Demonstrates an enthusiastic, friendly, patient and warm demeanor
- Team-player
- Ability to multitask
- Strong time management skills
- Dedication, Reliability and Punctuality
- Strong computer skills - quick learner
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience with direct billing insurance using TELUS, Green Shield and Blue Cross would be an asset.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
