- BONUS OF $250 paid on the closing of any sale originating from the Sales Assistant’s interaction with a buyer on their first visit to the site.

**Full Job Description**
We are seeking a friendly, professional and sales-driven individual to represent our homebuilding company at a model home location on weekends. As the weekend model home sales representative, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective homebuyers, providing a welcoming and information experience. Your role is to create a warm environment, showcasing the features of our inventory homes and assisting in generating sales with our agents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet potential buyers and agents in the model home
- Provided guided safaris of our inventory homes highlighting key features, finishes and layout benefits
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and answer basic questions about the community, floor plans, pricing and buying process
- Collect and input visitor information into our database
- Provide marketing materials to agents and potential buyers
- Represent the builder brand positively and professionally
- Provide daily activity reports
- Follow up calls to buyers previously attending the site or expressing interest.
**Education & Experience**
- Highschool diploma
- Must have drivers’ licence & reliable transportation
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Ability to confidently speak about our homes
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn and train under the direction of our office and agent
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
