**Position Overview**
As a BOH Team Member, you will be on the front lines of our brand and _be empowered to create amazing food and experiences for our guests_. To help you grow and develop valuable skills, you will be required to play multiple roles with a range of responsibilities including:

- Provide warm, friendly customer service to all guests at all times
- Contribute toward a fun, safe, and comfortable work environment for both yourself and fellow team members
- Be able to clearly articulate our full menu accurately to guests
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and ingredients for cooking
- Follow recipes with high level of accuracy and consistency
- Prepare and cook menu items on the line in a consistent and timely fashion
- Ensure that prepared food always meets high standards for quality and presentation
- Multi task between various roles in the kitchen when required
- Assist with fulfillment of catering orders
- Assist with special events, festivals
- Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your workstation at all times
- Perform cleaning duties as required

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Commercial Kitchen: 1 year (required)
- Cooking: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Smart Serve (preferred)
