BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree (B.Comm, BBA, MBA or equivalent) in progress
- Applicants will be required to provide current transcripts
- Applicants are required to be returning to school in the Fall
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
- Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset

**REPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE**:
- Understand the existing process by _experience _- collaborating with agencies, Canadian and U.S. business leads, legal, translation and deployment functions to delivery owner relevant content - right time, right place, right content
- Assess the existing process - using objective inputs and fact-based evaluation
- Recommend process improvements that can withstand the exponential growth and urgency requirements
- Develop a procedural document to support internal and agency stakeholders and to improve efficiency of effort and mitigate gaps during role transitions
- Develop an in-app Marketing messaging evaluation review process/cadence that supports learning and best practices for internal and agency stakeholders, leveraging an internal campaign dashboard.
- Support the evaluation and development of a holistic Connected Vehicle content plan that supports the connected vehicle ecosystem framework and ensures the feature-benefit value is told consistently across dealer and consumer facing platforms. Includes competitive assessment.
- Lead the MCRP (modular control review process) for Marketing Communications by independently testing, documenting and seeking leadership approval, effectively using a strong project plan and training resources to ensure corporate compliance.
- Act as a Field liaison to provide support for connected vehicle service plan and FordPass/Lincoln Way issues escalated outside of customer relationship infrastructure - this is an exception effort and is an opportunity help improve resources and best practices for dealers and owners
