- Work alongside other office staff and store manager with administrative duties as required
- Professionally address any customer issues or complaints with sales manager and provide support as required
- Assist with various administrative duties
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1+ year of previous work experience is an asset
- A keen eye for attention to detail
- Be comfortable speaking with customers to resolve issues.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly attitude & positive team participation skills
- Above average computer skills; proficient in QuickBooks, and Excel

44 HOURS PER WEEK

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
