As a Barber/Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform hair styling services, and contribute to the overall success of our shop.
- All new applicants are eligible for a retention bonus of up to _**$1,750**_ _(based on experience level, hours worked and in-shop productivity)._

**Duties**:

- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to clients
- Perform beard trims and shaves
- Offer hair coloring and highlighting services
- Assist clients in choosing the right hairstyle or treatment based on their preferences and facial features
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting clients
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques through continuous learning and professional development

Qualifications:

- Red Seal/Certified Barber or Stylist or completing Apprenticeship
- Demonstrate consistent high-quality technical skill in all areas of cutting including, but not limited to, clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
- Maximize retail opportunities through consistent and effective chair education with guests
- Great customer service skills - can you go above and beyond for every guest, every time
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable
