**Responsibilities**:
**Position Summary**:
As a member of our team, you will perform equipment maintenance on commercial sites. With a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity, you will answer questions and resolve customer concerns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintenance of HVAC equipment within commercial environments.
- Performing service and/or cleaning of IAQ products and equipment, as well as soldering, welding, brazing and performing minor field fabrication.
- Responsible for delivery of excellent service to commercial customers and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an effective manner.
- Prepare material requisition forms.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- ** Must hold a Gasfitter 3 or Gasfitter 2 License with at least 1 year of commercial experience.**:

- Must possess all valid licensing or certifications as required by provincial or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area.
- A license in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal, or refrigeration an asset.
- Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial HVAC field.
- Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
- Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of customer-focused service.
- The ability to work occasional overtime and weekend hours as required.
- The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.
