**HANDYMAN/WOMAN ROLE**

Your role as a **Handyman/woman** will be to support the site team for a project in **Oakville, Ontario**, where Podium is acting as the Construction Manager.

Your major responsibilities are to manage the following:

- Operate machinery (telescopic forklift, boom lift, skid steer) for moving materials around site;
- Traffic Control
- Carpentry (guardrails, framing repairs, etc.)
- Caulking tubs, sinks and tile;
- Drywall and paint repairs (sanding and patch work);
- Trim repairs and installation;
- Tile repairs;
- Fire stopping;
- Provide and operate a range of hand tools and equipment for work;
- General labour tasks as required
