**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information to customers
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or change
- Knowledge of technical sales, such as electronics or appliances, is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse customers
- Proficient in demonstrating product features and benefits to customers
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for answering calls and assisting customers over the phone
- Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Moncton, NB (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Moncton, NB: Relocate before starting work (required)
