We are seeking a dynamic and **experienced Human Resource Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of **HR Sales, Recruitment and Operations,** ensuring compliance with Canadian laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, reviewing and updating policies as needed.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Human Resources Management, ( PHR, SHRM, HCI, CHRP will be an asset).
- 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a front end role.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing HR staff.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
