**Luna **is Tex-Mex fusion restaurant that has a capacity of over 90 guests. We are open 7 days a week from 11:30am
- 9pm. We serve lunch and dinner as well as offer delivery and takeout whenever we are open.

We are currently looking for part-time and full-time cooks that can work lunch and dinner service.

Job Descripton
- Prep (chopping, peeling, cutting) and stock cooking station with all the necessary ingredients and equipment
- Prep items for your station
- Line: Execute dishes with accuracy, speed, and detail; adhering to the recipes provided by the company; with attention to presentation and garnishing
- Cook on the line during service times
- Ascertain the quality and freshens of products
- Monitor stock and log shortages as required
- Keep a clean work station, including equipment and utensils; understand and abide by Health & Safety standards and Food Safe requirements
- Clean down your station and write prep list for the next shift
- Help the Chefs with daily kitchen duties

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
