Support warehouse operations by coordinating shipping & transfer activities such as shipping of merchandise, on-time delivery, safety, inventory maintenance, customer service, and receiving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and optimize reception, preparation and shipping steps to meet daily requirements.
- Organize all warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and productivity as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Supervise the management of the right type of urgent order are shipped.
- Ensure that the premises are kept neat and orderly and the equipment is safe.
- Maintain an orderly inventory.
- Provide smooth communication, a good work climate and a management model to promote maximum productivity.
- Comply with Equipment and Company procedures / policies.
- Ensure adequate delivery times
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 8 years’ experience in a leadership role.
- Exceptional skills in analysis and problem solving.
- Customer focused and result oriented; honest; able to manage his time and his teams well and adapt to situations.
- Autonomous leader, enthusiastic, creative, methodical, team player; thrives on challenges.
- Good knowledge of computer’s
- Bilingual (Spoken and written French and English).
- Must have a valid Forklift license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$53,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 2 years (preferred)
