General contractor looking for a renovation carpenter with strong finishing carpentry skills. If you are capable of taking on a lead carpenter role, that is a bonus. Let us know what you bring to the table and we will create the role around your skills. We are serious students of the craft of renovation and construction. We take a conscientious approach to every project and we aim to provide a high level of personalized service to our clients. Our livelihoods depend on positive word of mouth. This is the mindset you must have.

Ideally, you have both finishing and framing carpentry skills. We are excited to teach, and learn from you. We are a learning organization and aim to use best practices. We pay competitive hourly rates based on skill level, work ethic and attitude.

Most of our projects are residential renovations, although we do some basic commercial work as well. The majority of our work is in the City of Vancouver and North Vancouver.

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
