**Sales Specialist **(_guaranteed min of 25 hrs per week based on business needs_)

Job Overview

The Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the store management team by performing functional tasks and demonstrating behaviors that prioritize the customer at all times.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Focuses on executing tasks related to assigned areas of focus to meet overall productivity and store goals;
- Is a role model for all store associates in prioritizing the customer and in the execution of assigned tasks ;
- Support the management team to achieve daily goals and tasks;
- Assume sales floor manager on duty accountability in the absence of management team members;

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail selling environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communicator
- Visible passion for exceptional customer service
- Confidence and agility in fast paced environments
- A driven approach to your work, and a passion for home decor
- Able to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekends
- Ability to lift medium to large items/ and frequent ladder use
- Guarantee of a minimum of 25 hours per week (available day, evening and weekends)
